Pin it Tuesday

My first post! Yay! I will keep it simple and start out with a recipe from Pintrest I am going to try tomorrow. Cooking for one person sucks and is hard to get motivated for (my son eats pizza and that is pretty much it), but I like to look on Pintrest for fun new things to try. I do enjoy cooking, and usually I can find someone to come over and try it with me. I've made a couple different tater tot casseroles and haven't really been impressed with them. So, I am really hoping this one turns out well!
